It's very cold.....
This evening, the temperature of Cherry's house is about 12℃, it's not so good for making bread.
The dough can't rise well under the temperature.
Recipe of Red Bean Bread:
Bread flour.............300g(plus extra for dusting)
Water(or milk)........195g
superfine sugar...... 30g
Yeast......................1 teaspoon(about 2~3g)
Salt.........................1 teaspoon(about 2~3g)
Olive oil...................15g(or you can ignore the ingredient, but your bread will be more tight texture)
Stuffing:
Red beans( boiled, mix with sugar and corn flour into like a jelly)
Mix all the ingredients on the counter, blending slowly by your hands. When all the flour has picked up, knead for additional 10 minutes until into a smooth dough.
Put the smooth dough in a large bowl and let rise until doubled in size.
(As it's very cold, Cherry need more than 1 hour let the dough rise.)
Slice the doubled-size-dough into 30g pieces.
Use rolling pin to roll every small dough into circle shape.
Place the stuffing inside.
(If the dough stick your hands or rolling pin, lightly cover the dough by flour would be more better.)
Let rest for 30 minutes.
(Prepare some milk or egg wash for brushing onto the dough.)
(Preheat the oven to 190℃)
Brush the dough with milk(or egg wash)and put sesame onto the dough.
Bake for 10~15 minutes.
Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
Fine.
