It's Cherry's first time update my blog in English.
Because Cherry's English is not so good, if you find any error in follows, please kindly instruct me.
Chocolate Cookies' Recipe:
Mixed Nuts..........100g(Cherry used more than 100g)
Butter..................100g
Superfine Sugar....40g
Warm Milk.............30g
Cake Flour...........240g
Cocoa Powder......20g
Egg Yellow............30g(About 1 egg yellow)
Bake the mixed nuts for 150℃, 7 minutes.
Cream the butter and superfine sugar until white and fluffy.
Add warm milk and egg yellow for 2 times.
Mix into a smooth paste.
Sift the cake flour and cocoa powder, knead into a smooth dough.
Add the baked nuts and knead for additional 2 minutes.
Mold the dough into strip shape.
Pack in cling film.
And put it in refrigerator (1~4℃) for 1 hour.
It will become a frozen and easy cut dough.
(Preheat the oven 150℃)
Slice into each 1.5 cm.
Line the cut dough in baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes/150℃.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Fine.
